We offer FREE SHIPPING on many items to most addresses in Canada.

1. What do you charge for shipping?

Rugs.Shop is excited to offer free shipping on most orders over CA$99 to any address in Canada with the following exceptions.

  • A shipping & handling fee of CA$9.99 is applied to all orders under CA$99
  • Rugs over 8’ wide ship via special carriers, a special shipping surcharge may apply
  • We cannot ship to PO or APO boxes
  • Shipping surcharges may apply when shipping to remote areas. We work with carriers to keep fees low. You will be notified of a surcharge that applied to your order within 2 business days upon order.

2. Where can you ship to?

We only ship to addresses in Canada. US Shipping is available through out US Rugs.shop. We cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes.

3. How do I track my order?

Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. We have provided you with a tracking number via email when your product shipped. You can check the location and status of your shipment directly on our shipping partners website. Just enter your shipping confirmation number.

4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Most products ship from the facility in 2-3 days and arrive within 10-14 business days. All items shipped to Canada require border inspection and may delay your shipment an extra day or two. All Rug Pads will be shipped separately from rugs.

5. What is your Return Policy?

We offer a 30 Day Return Policy on every area rug we sell, except for customized rugs, clearance products and rug pads that have been opened.
